We should fund only the African States that are doing something to stop terrorists and ones thata rent corrupt.. Thats the last thing we need to do is fund a Country that isnt going to do anything to help the people.. Even though I do believe we should really reach out to Africa as Aids is really running rampant there..

Umm... This was just in response to Goth's topic about not getting involved in polarized political debates.  He said he wouldn't click on the topics, in hopes of not being dragged into the debate.

I just wanted to show him how hard that would be.
