Topic: Mods Abusing Powers?

Mods, sure they have the power to boot/mute/jail people when felt necessary, such as a break in policy, harrassment.. anything in which is not ordinary game playing. My other acc was in jail for macroing.. suitable punishment.. i was on angeldust and there was 4 days remaining of jail time on my other char. i was simply in a party with lakitu and was begging him to let my char out of jail. Not in any way doign anything wrong.. i was booted and muted.. and the reason for being booted and muted was that "you annoyed me".. wow.. thats a bit of power abuse.. power hungry people make the game gay.. wow.. if everyone could boot and mute people for bugging.. wed all be muted! and newbs wouldnt exist! lol.. and whitemagic.. was jailed for something he didnt do.. instead of letting him out.. lakitu.. "held a trial" .. i mean come off it.. instead of letting whitemagic get on with playign the game.. he wasted time by humouring himself.. that is power abuse.. come off it.. i dont think he should be a mod..

My point is.. you cant boot/mute someoen for talking to you in party.. thats not an offence... and if you think it is.. you got a problem.. things like that make faldon go down hill.. sure i know whats stated in the Terms.. they have the right to do anythign to any account without notice.. i understand that.. but if mods go butign muting everyoen for annoying them.. then there wont be a faldon.. cuz shortly after i was buted and moded.. there were people using explicit language in b chat.. people telling him off.. and he did nothing to them.. like.. if your goign to make rules.. enforce them all the way.. dont abuse it on certain people "that annoy you". I also brought it to his attention that W0wZ0rz said i was a moron and an ass for complaining about this.. he said there was nothing wrong with that.. that it wasnt harrassment in any form.. so in that case.. Lakitu.. your a moron! Moron! and W0wz0rz.. i dont want you to speak on this matter.. you can suck on lakitus asshole at a later date.

I did read it you stupid ass. It doesn't matter if you were just "asking" him or not, if he stated only once for you to leave him alone, then it is considered harassment, whether its actually stated in the TOS or not its just common sense.

Angeldust for a start you were annoying Caff and he did what he felt was right and secondly Whitemagic was afk spawn camping and Caff had the decency to give him a trial. Your just pissed cause he wouldnt let u out of jail. Id rather have Caff follow the rules and be "power hungry" than go corrupt.

and if you where jailed on your other char and claim it was a fair offence...then why go on begging to be let out...serve out your fair jail term.

and the line between asking and harrassment is very thin and most probably viewed from different angles by both involved parties.

if you asked him to let you out early and he said no....then you asked again (as begging would suggest) then that becomes harrassment.

Also the main problem people have in faldon is how personal the mods and gamemasters are. Its very easy to complain to a person...

If they stayed in ghost mode and didnt talk and simply booted people there would be no complaints because you wouldnt know who to complain about...people would just respect the invisible higher power.

finally how do you expect good treatment and future circumstances going well by calling the person you require help from a moron  big_smile

p.s. please dont make fun of lakitu's disability he lives in the attic and as such breaths in many harmful brain chemicals

I'm opening up a shop that sells 13" rulers just so Fireborn stops complaining.

shhhh.. Guys.. You can't speak out against Caff... Just last week my mother's aunt's niece's hairdresser's father's youngest daughter's boyfriend's sister spoke out against Caff and she was drug away!

Yesterday I spoke of the Elections where Caff will be running again to keep his M powers... I told a crowd of people that I would be throwing my name into the hat to defeat Caff in his re-election bid... An arrow flew by my head almost nailing me! I instantly withdrew my name from this quote unquote hat...

As of now my wife was jailed for insisting she was going to write my name in under the OTHER option on teh Ballot. Once again an attempt was made at my life by a Claymore wielding ninja.. Sadly Caff killed the ninja seconds before it killed me because he spoke up against Caff's rule... Alas I was unable to recover the Zer Blade lodged in the ninja's head to pawn off... I shall remain hidden until Caff is toppled! but beware my fellow Faldonites! DO NOT speak against the mighty Caff or you shall be drug away and imprisoned!
