I just removed all the spyware and adware and trojans from my computer, and it runs so fast now, it's almost as good as kiddie and animal porn!

I've found that SpyBot finds some things that AdAware doesn't. If I recall, AdAware is more or less programmed to ignore "legitimate" spyware type things. That is, if someone like RealPlayer had a tool that reported back to them every movie you watched, it might be ignored because they are a legitimate company. That isn't exactly the case, but it's something similar I seem to recall having read in their policy once. SpyBot on the other hand seems to catch everything and let you decide if you really want it there.
You haven't used Microsoft Antispyware have you? It's basically the same as spybot but it owns it. Has some very handy tools also.
I've used spybot for a long time, all my friends were like "eww, it deletes your registry files and stuff" but I havn't had a single problem with S&D.
Also, I ran a Spybot check, found nothing. Downloaded microsoft anti spyware , ran it and it didn't find anything.
I was told adaware actually inserts there own spyware into your computer.
I doubt that, none of the other SpyWare detectors flag it as such.
I had like 20 adware things that AdAware (not SE Pro) and Spybot S&D didn't find any. Then I downloaded Microsoft AntiSpyware and AdAware SE Pro and it got rid of it all.
Adaware does not remove Wenuserve from your computer (a mild spyware program). It does this because they dio not feel it is a big enough threat to warrant its removal, whether or not there are any underhanded deals going on or not thats the reason they gave.

I have MS AntiSpyware, SpyBot, and AdAware. I was pleased to see MS AntiSpyware flag VNC. While it is completely legit, it could be used for non-legit reasons, so it's good that it flags it.
My only complaint about MSAS is that it decides to do scans and download new definition files at like 11pm, which I'm often trying to play a game at that time and it kills me, lol. I swear I set the times to update and scan at the wee-hours of the morning. 
You can change the update times, to make it never update, or choose a time for when you want it to check. Just go to options and look around.
That's just it, though, I DID... hehe. Perhaps I left a big randomization window, I'll have to check.

Truthfully.. i dont have ANY spyware program.. or any spyware... i just manually delete cookies/temp files/ and manually edit the registry to delete spyware programs.. so much easier than having a bunch of shit programs on the computer...
No it's not you spastic. Spyware doesn't just go into your cookies and temp folders, it goes wherever the hell it wants.
