War mods don't exactly have much power, so I don't much care who gets to be one.
Well, I didnt really care much who was warmod, just needed someone and made sure all the candidates were somewhat acceptable. Making a vote seemed like an easy way to make a choice, let others choose. 
Also includes automatic justification for ur choice and had the candidates like campaign or whatever for their positions. Even if it did mean just a whole bunch of corruption, still got some involvement of faldonites and players, somewhat was like happening, which is always more interesting than just the next boring mundane avg day.
On a sidenote, I believe I voted Jesus3 in that vote Silly me.
