Topic: Get America Back On Track!

It's not too early to be thinking about the future of this country and who's going to lead it. Election after election we're given the "choice" between two unappealing candidates and have no choice but to vote for the one we dislike less. But now, that's about to change.

   Stepping up to the forefront of politics is a new type of leader, motivated by his love for his country, not special interest groups. His distinct image and captivating voice you already know, and now it's your chance to make him the leader of the people, for the people, by the people. That's right... Christopher Walken is running for President.

   Now, at this early stage of the campaign, is when the grass-roots voters like us can really influence the candidates we'll see in the elections. How can you not like John Stewart? Actually, I could answer that- but that's besides the point and you wouldn't want to hear it. Also, Fireborn, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want Colbert as President . . . not the guy off screen anyway.

Google search didn't up anything. I could obviously be wrong in my assumption, but I highly doubt that it's true. First of all, would he have been working for the Daily Show? Second- the guy won't let his kids watch the Colbert Report because he doesn't want them to see him saying the things he says. Why? Because he's doing a O'Reilly spoof, an agressive, overly-confident, right-wing immitation of one of America's finest. I doubt the guy was a Bush supporter. PLUS, he's a ridiculous Lord of The Rings fan, which is essentially about power and corruption. I doubt he regularly votes for the incumbent, let alone Cowboy George.

I find that Colbert fits under the term of what would be considered a South Park Republican... Look it up on Google if you don't know what I am talking about. However, basically it is a new wave of young adults and teenagers who hold a mix of conservative and libertarian political beliefs.

No, they don't "prove" anything, which is why I didn't claim they did. They do however, undeniably imply that he is left leaning. That's fine if you "see" him as something different, but I don't "see" any reasons to hold and buy into that belief.
