Re: Faldon Wallpaper

and who's fault is that? Since birth you have subconciously been hiding yourself from society because your a freak of nature.  This is why you have become a radio executive.

Anyone to do with radio are usually to fat and ugly to be accepted on TV so they go to the next best thing.

Your job is second rate just like your life.

And the fact that you get a rise out of coming here and flaming these boards with your third grade grammar, and nieve insults makes me laugh even harder.

Hey everyone! PM me and let's laugh at god together!

It is high time I put something intelligent here.

Alex came from Faldon? Ouch, that explains the lack of quality.

Re: Faldon Wallpaper

This is funny.

I have been meeting with churches do a presentation with their staff.

I open up my laptop and my desktop is the Faldon screen
with my icons arranged like inventory.

And they start asking me what that is a piture of.

After I explain and they get over the fact that a radio
exec plays online games, they comment on how
creative it is and that it looks great.
Nothing I had expected. I like the blank stares as
I try to explain an MMORPG with an isometric view
to a person who still calls a monitor the TV part
of the computer.

Heh worship,

I don't know anyone who is such a stranger to technology. Being 20, and my folks running an IT company and all. So if I'd show ppl I know a screenshot of Faldon most people who go like either: Ew, what a crappy looking game, or, so that's the game that's been eating your life. smile

So i take it your Anti-Abortion ?

Re: Faldon Wallpaper

Ahaha, nice one. Actually no not at all. I'm quite in favour of giving women the option of abortion, especially if it's early in pregnancy.

However let's not get into that now, since I have a sneaking suspicion that someone in this thread would take a very contrary position and Im really not in the mood for another debate involving religion right now. smile

(One time I got into that debate with Zer on MSN (he is anti-abortion) and it kind of seemed to boil down to the point that to him life was sacred from the moment some unique combination of DNA was formed and started multiplying whilst I say: Nothing is sacred, the value we attach to a life is directly proportional to how much we identify with the lifeform. Thus most people dont object to swatting a fly, some people object to trapping a mouse and using them in experiments, a lot of people object to hurting a cat or dog for no reason etc. In a different comparison look at how many people feel about euthanasia for human beings, and how at the same time many people apparently accept euthanasia for a very sick pet. (I'm pro-euthanasia btw, but thats a whole different story.) Anyhow, that I think is the whole key point. Zer (and many others with him I reckon) says, its a human life, it is sacred, no murdering babies please. I say: How much we empathize with something depends on how closely we identify with it, a 10 week old prenatal thingy that is as small as my thumb and nothing but the blueprint of a human life, without even experiencing pain is something that I feel may be killed if it will get in the way of the life plans its parents have. (Remember a baby will change a life drastically, if it's not wanted that'll generally create worse circumstances. And for most women it is not at all an easy decision to let go of her baby, so I feel that together with the advice of a doctor a good decision will usually be made. What about when it feels pain? Well, we wouldn't hesitate killing an average animal if it caused great monetary damage (a fox stealing chickens? heh) and I daresay such creatures have a lot more developed feelings, thoughts and they have had actual lives already. The problem is... when does a baby get sentient, arguably this might not be the case until somewhere after birth (but who would want to kill a baby? People who would support that are thinspread), but anyhow... considering the great complications with abortions carried out too late I feel that it is possible to not worry about that since it's not a limiting factor on upper abortion age. In the end I guess the general opinion of people is decisive. There is, as I see it, inherently no clear-cut line of 'good' or 'bad', it's more like a huge greyscale, and somewhere you have to lay the line. And I'd say 24 orso weeks is probably a good line. Of course you may be of a different persuasion than myself (motivated by religion or not) and feel that there is no greyscale at all, it's all black... well, that's where we would disagree then. (Y'know that debate with zer on MSN... didnt end till it was like 4 AM for me, lol and I wanted to sleep.))

However let's not get into that now [...]

lol, I need to follow my own advice ;-)

Re: Faldon Wallpaper

I am anti-abortion.
No excuse, no regret, no compromise,
No exception, no retreat, no argument.

You can be pro or con whatever you want.
It will not change my view nor will my view
change yours.

We both have our reasons and they are abundant.

No debate.

I just think is was strange how sides switched
when it came to War or Terry S.
Both sides had used arguments that contradicted
their own position when it came to abortion.

For me it boils down to innocent life taken
by act of volition and direct act against that
innocent life causing that life to cease.

The key word here is innocent.
The key word is not life.

Enjoy picking this apart.

Re: Faldon Wallpaper

I was watching the movies The Birds by Alfred Hitchcock and
I noticed a few things.

1) The birds seemed to vanish into thin air.

2) Bad things happened to smokers in the movie.
I mean watch every time a person smokes, they'
are attacked or killed.
(The organization TRUTH was working back then?)

3) The old lady that studies Ornithology had mentioned
a creature that never existed and was deemed to be a hoax.
It made it into the movie.

Abortion should be allowed after conception and after puberty as a means of curing stupidity.

Re: Faldon Wallpaper

HAHAHA

No surpsies there Mr jesus himself.  What a moron to be anti abortion.

Sure it's the womans fault (or mans) for putting themselves in the situation, they should know better than to not use contraception and what not.  BUT however, there is the argument of wouldnt you rather it if a woman was going to get rid of her baby if she was to young or could not look after it.

What's the point in bringing a baby into this world that you cannot look after, and will not be cared for? give it up for adoption? screw its mind up when its older and finds out the family its always loved isnt even its blood relation, and its real mother gave it up to adoption because she couldnt handle the extra baggage of a kid?

You silly moron. Killing babies is not new. Your an idiot.
It has been around since women had kids like you.
They said, "Wow we must stop this idiocy from going on.
Kill the mother too!"

And that means that you are anti war right?
Were you for saving that Terry chick?
Are you for killing homeless people?
How about killing anyone who is crippled?
No, maybe you for killing anyone who is not like you.
