As I said huge, same in Holland. Actually here we have 2 legal ages of consent. 12 (with restrictions) and 16.

(The restriction for those under 12 is that they can't legally engage in intercourse with those more than 2 years older than themselves)

That's funny btw, cause you could have like a gf that is legal during winter but not during summer because of birthdays, hehe. Anyhow, obviously it is not enforced unless scary stuff happens (Obviously we dun want a 30-yr old wih a 13 yr-old, though I do believe it is possible to get such things sanctioned too if you get permission for it beforehand. Would prolly be a big hassle in the case of 30-13 but in less extreme cases prolly doable. (Pun not intended.)  Anyhow, in practice of course, noone gives a shit about these laws, so long as it's socially considered accepable. Prolly the same in the US (I doubt that the avg age for 'the first time' is over 18 in the US, heh)

couple girls at the high school i didnt graduate from decided they liked the football guys, so the guys all had a great time with these three 13 year old girls. needless to say girls are stupid enough to write it in their diary. mother reads diary, slaps 7 guys with Stat rape. all get conviected without jail time because they're still in highschool, every single one gets it on their record, i think one of the guys kill himself. anyways dumb whore's ruin seven lives because of a stupid law.

Anyhow, I wouldn't blame the girls like you did. I would blame 1. retarded soccer moms and 2. retarded US law and judges etc.

Btw, we have a system where a person's record is cleared when he reaches 18. (Or something along those lines.) Don't you guys have something of the sort?

Anyhow, as I said... ridiculous conviction, but if these guys were 17 or older they really should have known better. (Especially since they *live* in the US, so they should *know* that US law is by no means reasonable or representative of real life.)
