Topic: C Time

With the addition of automated C updating I think that a GM should atleast post about this News.  Is there any GM willing to give us the down and dirty on the new C updating system?  For instance, how is it implemented, what is the average wait time, etc.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  If no help is given, what else is new?  Just kidding about the no help thing.
