I would take the word of this guy except 2 of the 3 he supposedly stole bare little resemblance to Dane Cooks joke except that they talked about the same subject. The third joke about the asshole is overdone.. First time I had seen it, it was on SNL, Colin Quinn said it during the weekend update.

dumbass, one small part of his joke sounds like a louis ck joke, its not even the main part of the joke Louis cks joke focus's all on how he couldnt say anything before the guy got hit Dane's is about the guy getting hit, only 3 seconds of the joke is similair, out of all the thousands of comics sometimes jokes sound a bit similair , its bound to happen its not like dane purposly stole that idea for 3 seconds of the joke which wasnt even the funniest part of the joke. Why would dane steal a shitty idea to put in his bit (which is far better then luois ck's) dumbass.

Dane cook is funny, but you can't deny louis ck. His stand up's good and his tv show is cooler than dane cook's...he had the foresight to use jim norton, who is one of the funniest comedians today.
