Control Panel >>> Add remove Programs >> faldon > uninstall.

Modern cyberspace is a deadly festering swamp, teeming with dangerous programs such as''licensed Microsoft software'' that can take over your computer and render it useless.

Seriously Thugzee....Rodent Furs is your main source of Income for quite a while.

Perhaps you could take up a profession such as Lumberjack or Mining and sell the materials you get from that.

I'm opening up a shop that sells 13" rulers just so Fireborn stops complaining.

Re: New Player Here

Thugzee, actually, I would suggest collecting snake skins.  As a mage at level
9 you should be able to kill snakes alright, and even wolves, or at least soon.
Snake skins sell pretty well and if you start killing wolves, they drop items
occasionally, some of those you can use, others you can sell.  Kyra will
buy a lot of lower-end items.

Re: New Player Here

I thought about going lumberjack, but i can't find an axe, lol. (Can you use a hatchet to cut trees?) And i tried snake skins, but the rodents came in faster which in the long run brought me more money. I guess i'll stick with em untill i get a new offensive spell, then maybe i can kill wolves or sumthin.

Thanks for the help  wink

Re: New Player Here

Yes, you can chop trees with any axe-type weapon.  Also, snakes do not
spawn slow at all.  You just need to run back and forth across the area by
the bridge near the rat-barn.  If you run from the maze down in front
of the town and back you will get plenty of snakes.

Also, whenever you get strong enough, I would suggest killing skeletons.
Skeletons have a very high drop-rate of things.  Mostly they are things you
would never want, but you can sell them to the NPC for some GP.  Also,
they drop potions and GP and bones.  Bones can be traded for GP and
potions area always good.

Re: New Player Here

Alright, got a hatchet and i got like 50 or so lumberjacking now, though my carpentry is low. Is there any shops that buy short bows, or staffs?

Re: New Player Here

Not really 100% sure on that, but Fletcher in Wuville will buy logs and lumber.
If you do not know where that is, you can ask around in the broadcast.

Re: New Player Here

Ok, found 2 good ways to make money at a low lvl. One is lumberjacking, and the second is taming wolves and killing snakes and selling skins. smile

Thanks for the help guys, helped alot.  wink

Re: New Player Here

1 more question, with the inventory i can't use the last 2 rows to the right, is this a bug or will i get em later on? And anyway to expand inventory?

Re: New Player Here

Nope those last 2 collumns are unusable...Something to do with the coding behind the Inventory space only allowing X amount of squares or something~

Something to do with bad design on the image for inventory**

Re: New Player Here

Thug, I would suggest that once you have made enough money on your skins/furs and maintain your leveling pace keep them instead of selling them.   That way if you decide to pick a religion, raise certain skills, etc. you will have the bare essentials to starting some of those skills/religions.
