Any reason why Kyra sometimes says she's not buying anything? I've waited quite awhile and she still says that. How long should I wait?

You should wait around an hour. She will only buy from you 2 or 3 (I forget) times per hour. Each time she buys, the window for selling is open for I believe 60 seconds. This may be a little annoying, but it was necessary to stop blacksmithers from taking all of her money.
