*blushes* I forgot that we didn't get to keep our old characters, or keep anything at all. Well getting level 50 takes 1 day on the current client, if you play alot. So my guess would be 1 week after new clients release, many players have reached level 100, or higher.
You can not get level 50 in a day, if you play the right way. The only reason you can do it this client is because you can level your character, or give it items and such to be stronger. I am guessing in the new client it will take significantly longer, at least at the start.
Well, at the beginning of the current client it was extremely hard to level at first. Even if you were to start a new character right now today and not accept any help or do any of the introductory quests, you would still level like 5x easier than when people started playing in the beta test for this client. Depending on what all comes about, what starting off will be like.
The right way? There are no right ways, to level a character with another of your stronger characters, and giving them better items, is just a easy way to do it. If you wish to do it all without help, that's another way to do it, i wouldn't call it the right way though, maybe a hard way.
But i am sort of looking forward to the new client, it will be fun to see how things will be, without as much help as we have no a days.

Voldemort, there is a "right way." The right way is the way it was meant to be. You were never meant to level your characters by double-logging and having the lower-level sit idle. Also, many of the items that people hand down should have limits. These limits should stop the use of such items by low levels. Handing down items is fine, but really Faldon needs to put a lot more limits on items. It is sad when a level 50 can use all the same stuff a level 500 wears.
