were can a buy oil and how much do i need to do the quest were u pull the rusty lever in the gremlin den

You can buy oil from the farming npc in Valour, I think her name is Natsuko. It's kind of expansive though, costs about 9 gp ea and you'll need 50 iirc.
Best thing to do is just buy teleport and use that to go through the waterfall.
