Topic: Attack Rating Question

Does anything other than the weapon change how fast you attack things?  Maybe one of the stats or the weapon skills (fencing for swords, etc)?
Also, is there a list somewhere that includes the attack rating of the various weapons?

There's a skill called Enchanting. If you enchant a weapon it will increase your attack rating by 1 and depending on your religion may add some other effects to your weapon. High beserk skill also increases the attack rating on slow weapons such as zanbas and trees, it's pretty much useless though as those weapons will still be like -25 or w/e.
