Before haha, I put something along the lines "YEA MAN IM ROLLIN HERE" just like that.  Rastlin another player said something funny and I laughed, and alumet shit her goddamn pants over me laughing and im still banned.  This is unnecessary.

Don't fuckin suck up to Zer ignite, you know damn well you and Rastlin always harass julie in broadcast when she says something.  If anyone at all says something to you about how you guys act you start being dickfaced and racist about everything..so keep crying but julie didn't abuse powers

Why is a GM NOT banning people for using racial slurs and w/e not? Thats the question here... If you as a GM ignored people using racials slurs, you have failed your job, and its good that your not around here anymore.

And what if it were non stop racials slurs, mute doesnt work at all, and you know it.

If they were doing it in s chat after being muted, we would warp them somewhere else, possibly jail.

The point I was trying to make, however, was that Gms should not use their power to place themselves above the other players, because it creates unnecessary tension.  Just because you are a Gm, doesn't mean you are immune from being insulted or badmouthed like any other player.  On the contrary, you probably need to be able to take MORE harassment.  Just brush it off and spend your time doing something useful instead of escalating the situation.

See, but at the point where they're creating new accounts for the explicit purpose of harassing people, it becomes a different problem entirely - it stops being "bad language" and becomes account spamming.  And by that same logic, many players can circumvent an IP ban as well.

There were a few times early on as a Gm that players were intent on making a scene and trying to get under my skin.  There are ways to handle even the most obnoxious players, though.  If you'd like, I can explain to you some of the techniques I used.

IP Ban doesn't work either, restart the router and your good to go.. Now I want you to go to this topic. Cuz i posted an idea on it there.

Then still you got programs to change the IP it sends and whatnot, bottom line: IP Ban is a useless tool.

That particular night, Rastlin was goin off on Alumet, which was pretty funny being as she is such an emotionally unstable whale, anyways; whenever Alumet first logs on ill kid around and say 'Alumet log off' she seriously takes this as if im trying to commit a felony or something.  Ill admit in the past  I have used many profanities, but there was a chat filter.  Oh, and Oreo, you say bullshit all the time so why do you try to make it look I am the only one?  Heres an easy fix, demote alumet back to moderator since thats all she fucking does anyways, and; bring back Bill as a gm if possible, to fill her position.  An ip ban for 12 hours for doing nothing more than laughing at another players comment is bullshit.

i actually have the whole thing sshotted... alumet was in line with booting rastlin... but not ignite... he literally only laughs
