yeah my friend Jamaican2 lost bods after he died whilst having them equipped, i remember a message used to pop up saying " You have died you may have lost equipped items" or something like that, but i've never lost anything

it says that sometimes but Ive never lost an equipped item

i think that message is a bit misleading 
it says you may have lost one of your equipped items, it should just say you may have lost one of the items in your inventory or one of your items

That was way back on first desert client, but I think it got taken out before second desert client.
