scrolls

i was talking to Rader and realized...   it's really damn hard to get where u need to go when u have no magic, or if u prefer to zerk all the time.

most games have scrolls for low lvl helpful spells like town portal that anyone can use, would it be possible to add something similar for those who choose to have nothing mage like?   Even a skill cap conscious P would pass up raising wizardy to cast portal and just buy some scrolls.. granted they weren't insanely expensive
