Whens the account password/email change thing gonna be back up...i have an account that i want the password and email changed on.

If you have the email it should be possible to change the account password. As for the email change, that's something only Zer can do so...

Well what happens when you dont have the original email then?   like that shits been long gone.. how do you get it changed then?

You will have to prove that you own the account in question. This can be done by providing details about the email, the characters on the account, past C/reset purchases, information about IP addresses etc.
However, this would have to go through Zer and would probably take a while so you'd have to make sure you have a solid case before even trying.
