Im curious to what the official stance is on the language to be used in the main chat channel, I remember reading in the TOS that it was english only but now i can't seem to find that section or even a TOS at all seems to have vanished, Am i to take that to mean i can now use google translate pick a random language and say what i like to whoever i like and have no repercussions because noone understands what im saying anyway?

I also recall reading that English is supposed to be the language used in B chat. Does that mean we now have valid reason to ban all the BRs?
Awww, why all the hate on the BRs =p? They're funny, fuzzy and very cute. If only people knew about the channel system AND used it.
Lol. I wouldn't hate them near as badly if they didn't sit there and spam my chat calling me a noob while they can't even speak English.
Actually, the noob part doesn't even bother me, it's the fact that Faldon has been taken over by a bunch of non-english speaking.... yeah....

I know about the channel system but i doubt any of the other active players do rendering it's use completely pointless -.-
and i doubt this will go down well but the whole changing of the TOS to accommodate these players seems wrong to me if it is ok to bend over to pressure from one group of players, then why not the other? while you are changing rules on languages to be used why not abolish the rules on macroing, packet editing, client modifications, memory editing ect.? Not that i condone any of that but it happens anyway and id hazard a guess the players that would band together in order to provide pressure in that regard would be much larger than the group of brazilians that play..
The whole situation just seems to me like saying "Oh hey we have these Terms Of Service that you have to agree to but if you bitch whine and generally bug me enough i will bend over for you and change them.."
The terms of service were never changed as far as I know.
The TOS used to be a file in your faldon directory... No longer exists after a fresh install
The license agreement used to be much longer... Now i wouldn't even call it a license agreement
The TOS pretty much states that you need to agree to disagree with those that disagree with me...
