It wasn't Rick who changed it, and I'm going to keep change it as long as you're trying to set up out-of-game transactions.

... They have the right to sell their items for USD.. It is NOT ADVISED to do such transactions and the game is not responisble for any loss of USD or Items/GP.

You cannot do this. And if youre going to say anything about the TOS.. The sign IN GAME has been saying the above for about a year.. But you wouldnt know huh?
