I'm not quite sure I understand this, he's reporting a bug in the bug forum.....and Mumblee is trying to say he didn't post it in the right forum directory because it's not an in-game bug?   It's a bug period, in my eyes it should be treated as any bug and corrected.  Ofcourse I have been wrong before.
