Does anybody know if C & resets are working again?

No idea, I've mailed Zer about this issue over a week ago. I haven't heard anything from him, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he hasn't fixed it.

There's really only one way to test it and that is to try it. If it doesn't work you can file a dispute with PayPal and you should get your money back in like a month or you could just wait as you'll probably get what you paid for eventually.

At this point I wish he'd just shut it down for good.  The cheating isn't going to stop, new players aren't going to stay, GMs aren't going to do anything about it, there's no new client, and Zer isn't coming back.
