I don't think Tim is the problem with Faldon, but I do think some of the things he's done is the reason why there is nobody online so often.
As for the overall Faldon problem, the poor society definitely hasn't helped any, but to be realistic, we can't point fingers at any specific cause and label it as the problem. The lack of updates/content/expandability, rude players, and bad GMs, in my opinion, all play a fairly equal role in the foundation of the death of Faldon.
I also believe, however, that these existing 10 players have, in fact, kept the game alive. We've all come and gone for short periods of time over the years, but you can't make me believe for one second that, if we all quit playing years ago, the server would still be online today.
