Topic: C not working?

Two different occasions i've bought C now and hasn't came through...anyone actually about to do anything about this..?

I think the best person to do something about it is you. File for a refund through PayPal and get someone else in game to purchase you c time. I don't think there are any fixable problems with the account upgrades considering you are the only one having issues with it. Best of luck to you and I hope it all works out.
