Topic: Can't log in

I dowloaded Faldon again after years. Its the latest installer in the oficial site. But when i open the client it says

"Checking for updates...
Connection Failed
Errors occured during patching."

Can some1 tell me how to fix it? i tried to run it as windows xp and as admin, nothing worked

PS: The option buttom is blank and i cannot click it, also the bypasser won't start the game

Good to see players returning. I just did a fresh download and install and everything went as expected so it's probably something on your end.

The Option button in the patcher stays disabled untill the patching process has completed so that is to be expected. The bypasser probably won't work because you're still missing a lot of files.

Can I ask what webbrowser you used to download the installer? The patcher uses Internet Explorer internally to download files from the Faldon server. If Internet Explorer has incorrect proxy settings (or perhaps other related security settings) then those may prevent the patcher from downloading the required files. These settings in Internet Explorer may also have been changed by malware so you may not even be aware of it.

You can take a look at this information provided by Microsoft. It includes a tool to reset proxy settings and instructions to do so by hand if you'd rather do it that way.

Dude, you are a genious, it worked perfectly, also worked for another game i've been trying to play for the past 2 days, thank you alot. Good to see some games have a staff to help.
