Another interesting bug

So, I logged in and just poked around the starting town.  Suddenly a couple guards who were low on health attacked me.  I never attacked or did anything that would have flagged me.  I respawn and wander back to where I died and I flagged as a criminal again and was killed.  Once again, I haven't done anything that would have flagged me.

I have not been able to reproduce this a third time.
