I am able to login to my account but not my character. The name is Dragon_Boy
Can someone help me? How do I reset it? I can tell you which items I had required (if I remember right)

I can’t log into my character either. I have user and password. I don’t have access to the email that was associated with the account.
If I get time in the next week or two I'll try to improve the recovery feature.
It could at the very least tell you what e-mail it's sending to in one form or another.
I do wonder about character password recovery though. The problem is that some people share their account purely using the character passwords to keep the playing separate. What to do about that?
On another note, thoughts on a way to prevent this in the future? We could also ask for a phone number for a text-based recovery, but I feel like that'd actually be less secure than not having it for many people.
The website used to show the email address when logging in, but that was removed due to abuse. People re-creating/adding aliases for old deactivated mailboxes tied to accounts they knew credentials for.
