Topic: Gray health mana energy bar

When a player/ monster has the cursor over them their health/mana bars that pop up are grayed out. Anyone else having this problem since update?

ok so i checked on my laptop and it seemed ok..  i factory reset my monitor for my pc and its back to normal colors.. sorry for the confusion.
