Persistent bugs

I wanted to bump a couple bugs that are still occurring. 

Slows from mobs are still staying on the player until you use cure potion or log off.

Green Dragons are still respawning after being killed and are sometimes able to put a never-ending poison on the player no matter where or what map they are on.
