Topic: house NPC

I believe this house NPC is Baal. The house comes up as free but it doesn't seem to have an NPC out front to actually purchase the house. Faldon discord link below of screen shot

This house NPC uses the eye of evil object art. It uses some funky offset to get this to render in the old client, I guess the new one does not support it yet. I used the technique for a few other NPCs as well.
