Topic: Magery & Tactics Skill Titles don't display.

As the title suggests, even if your tactics and magery skills are your highest skills, they do not display as a title.

Out of retirement... for now.

This is actually intentional. Since they raise in parallel with all the weapons and magic skills, if we applied those titles, nobody would ever have the more specialized ones.

Ah, interesting. It's actually quite difficult to get one of those 2 as your top skill, takes quite a bit of planning/raising the index of skills required without having one of them surpass an individual skill. I think it would be cool if you did achieve Tactics or Magery higher the title did display.

I 2nd this, as raising all melee and magic skills to max, it is very difficult or planning required to keep one of these titles.
I also think the titles should be re-implemented due to this fact. I was not even sure it was taken out due to it being so hard to get.
I have to admit, I did not focus on trying to get this title.

Travis, what is your character Trav doing exactly? Are you clicking anything very often or in a specific way? Couldn't help but notice you are sending 57 packets per second to the server. This is far more than people typically do.

I was raising spell skills on Trav, using 3 high level magic stats(1500) characters to mana thief from. Without mana thieving other charecters, raising mage skills takes ages. And still takes atleast 48 hours to max necromancy this way. Which is by sitting in one spot and almost maximizing efficiency of casting a spell as quickly as possible.

I have some ideas to talk to you about, to make these things more natural so that this sort of skill raising is not required to do, and helps the game play flow better.

On the packet amount. There are plenty of basic macroers, including Tim's(Tariem) that can send key presses or clicks at intervals of 10ms, 100 per second. This is quite a normal amount when players are raising mage skills this way.

Did it seem to have an affect of cpu usage on the server?
