Rate-limits/crashing?

Since yesterday evening as I'm playing my characters seem to keeps momentarily losing connection to the server. The clients will still be active but no server updates are coming in so no monsters spawn and I can't do much. Then after some time it snaps back.

I've monitored the data being sent from client and its not excessive by any means, but it's almost like the server is rate-limiting my network?

Can you please check if there are any issues shown on your side with my connection/error logs.

*bullethead*
*dinkleburg*
anthonyrules

seems to affect all/any characters logged in at the time.

I'm running behind a VPN now and it seems ok? So might be my ISP, be good to double check though.
