Looks like sign in isn't working for anyone, posted more details on the bug board, but also posting here for visability.

Out of retirement... for now.

Fixed.
Sorry about that. I use Mono to host the account login code and its FastCGI server sometimes crashes. I restarted it.
In the future I need to add monitoring to automatically do this.
