Actually i think a transexual is someone who has gone through an operation.
If you did basic biology you would know someone who is born with no real identity being both male and female is called a "Hermaphrodite".
These people are often born with both bits as there was like a mixup in the womb when deciding.
When they are born, normally the parents are given the decision to choose boy or girl. once the decision is made the surgery is done and most live long happy lives. Im rpetty sure they need to be X amount of age before they can operate but thats another story.
Some times though once they hit puberty there becomes big problems again.
Puberty is sort of the 2nd stage of the body deciding if your a man or a woman for the hermaphrodites.
