Lag problems

I'm able to play really good graphic games like knight online and gunz online but I try to play this and I majorly lag, last night I was playing and thought I had solved problem so i only lagged once in a minute but once i downloaded from 5.1 drivers to 5.9 the game is experiencing major lag, i turned off graphic settings and sound and still no luck
