The thing is, it's just like every online rpg. You learn really fast where you can and can't go. I think the best thing to do is find a friend and adventure with a couple people in a party when you want to explore. I know this really sux for experience points; but if you want to explore this is the best way I think, especially at lower levels.

Wow I come to have a look at the forums and the spam is gone, there is not so much flaming and progess on the new client is being talked about... what the hell happened?
Anyway this might force me to play faldon for a hour or so later for nostalgias sake.
The spammers are gone because they saw all the damage that I was doing to there credibility by editing there posts. They decided that I was just to strong and manly to be messed with so they surrendered and left with there prostetic penises, false Diet Pills, and nude pictures of Hilary Clinton. ... ... ... ...or Zer changed the board and in a sense stopped all the spamming because of it.
My story is much better though.

Yeah, the lack of large combat areas has been a problem for a while now; the ant cave was an attempt to get away from the 'small camp area' idea. It's worth a look, though at level 21 it might be too easy. You could try the sewers perhaps.
I finally figured what the thing was that killed me. I went in there again at lvl 39 and got slaughtered again. It was a death snake. I'm surprised something that difficult would be placed in an area meant for 20ish lvl characters. Lvl 20 was okay as long as I didn't find a large pack. At lvl 39 everything besides the death snake was cakewalk.
BTW, some mentioned the Ant Hill was good for getting certain items. What items would those be?
