Topic: Going to be new client?

Is there going to be a new client?  Like a whole new graphic/map thing like there was a few years ago?   Or have I misunderstood the news post

It's a long time coming, but there will be, yes. I hope to have something for GMs, etc. to play around with by this summer.
That's not the 'client update to fix bugs' though.
