oh NOES!

hello to everyones! i am back! well sort of! i would be if i could remember my account name that is .... i remeber my character name but not my account name i was wondering if there is anythign i can do to recover it? i really wouldn't want to start over but yea my toons name was (esc)Shadow(esc)  (the esc made little boxes) but anyway i would really like to be able to play again so if anyone could help me that would be great! thanks and great to be back!
