Server Downtime

I've been away for 11 days, camping until my apartment in Champaign opened. As it turns out, the server stopped listening to requests in the last four days (and refuses to End Task... weird). I've restarted it. I will have access to a computer and Internet for the rest of the year, so this shouldn't crop up again. I have credited all Citizens' accounts a week of C time.
