I cant find my faldon folder anywhere on my comp...
Where is it?

The old installer used to put it in C:\Program Files\Illusory Studios\Faldon, but the newer one puts in some shady directory so that patching works on Vista IIRC.
New installer probably puts it in C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Illusory Studios\Faldon.

If neither of those work you can always right click the Play Faldon! shortcut on your desktop, go to properties and click find target, that should open the installation directory in a new explorer window.
