Topic: Nodlaf

How come 2 weeks ago  before i sold a wolf/Heavens Wizard Talisman it was 24/30 and i went to nodlaf to repair it and he wouldnt. So i sold it for cheaper. Today i figure out hes repairing tallys again?.. WTF is up.

He only repairs rings and talismans for Citizens.
