Finished: New Quest

There is a new Quest Chain in Game!
In order to start the chain, Go to Valour Countess , located in Valour Castle, behind the Valour Banker Frodo.
Credits go to Nipsey and Mr Spy, mostly to Nipsey. Mr Spy just uploaded.. Might've tweaked some a bit.
