Alectos Market Bug

Apparently there is a bug with alecto's wraths that I did not know about.  If you try to put it on market it will just disappear permanently.  I lost my alecto's wrath this way and need to get it back somehow.  I was told you GMs may be able to check logs and chars/banks as proof that i had it and it has disappeared.  It was failing/oblivion 33/35 dura if it helps any.  Other players can vouch that i lost it as well.  I know at least one of you can spawn items, so please help me get this back
