I keep getting time out and error messages when trying to log in whats going on here?

I was able to log in earlier today..  err.. Well it's after 12 now, but yea.. I've had the same problem. I get to the log-in and I keep receiving the timed out error. I just started playing again too.. new chars name is Paramount, for anyone who see's this and has no idea who I am.
