Resolution issue

I ran into an issue yesterday where regardless of what resolution I selected, the resolution wouldn't change, just the size of the window itself. I tried selecting different resolutions and even manually changing the resolution in Settings.User. I was able to get it to respond by changing the resolution to 800x600, then changing the resolution back to 1920x1080. So, that's a work around for now if anyone else runs into it.
