Topic: Curse and other effect spells do not work on monsters

An ancient issue that contributes to mages being pretty useless against anything beyond dire wolves: monsters all have high resists, and the one spell to counter it doesn't work on monsters.

Also things like weaken, slowed actions etc. should work on monsters. Empower etc. as well, for use on pets.

Ive asked for this for ages, i hope we can debuff monsters and buff pets soon. It would really help mages a lot while we dont have mages rework.
