Sending Mail Items appear ghosted

When you're sending mail, and you put the item into the letter, if you put the same item into multiple tiles it will appear in all of them. Of course, it only sends one of the item. Ideally if you put the same item into a more than 1 tile it would only appear in the most recent tile selected. I think it was this way at one time, it's possible the last update changed it.
