Topic: NPCs pop in half clothed before their real equipment gets displayed

NPCs appear mostly naked (just wearing pants). Their real equipment gets displayed up to several seconds later.

I notice it a lot with Robin Cutthroat in Valour, but it happens with other NPCs as well.
